IBISBA-ERIC Statutes

Finalised in February 2026, the IBISBA statutes are the foundational legal rules that will be used by IBISBA ERIC when it becomes operational. The statutes are compliant with the European regulation (EC) No 723/2009 – "rules for creating a European Research Infrastructure Consortium".
