Joint Action Research between INRAE (TWB) and UAB for the production of recombinant proteins in Pichia pastoris

The fermentations were carried out at Vito utilizing the experience of VTT. The fermentations were monitored by both Timegate and Kaiser Raman spectrometers. The substrates used were xylose and xylitol and the product xylitol. Dissolved oxygen, off-gas analysis were also carried out. Offline samples were taken for further analysis.
